ISS repeater may be active to retransmit one of the the satellites
(Tanusha?) launched by hand by the Russians on the recent EVA.

I just listened to a 23 degree pass in SC while mobile and heard some short
weak transmissions. My buddy I'm with said he heard some voice in one of
them
