[amsat-bb] ISS Repeater Clarification

I think TOMSK just sent recorded messages "greetings to earth," but
Tanusha 1 and 2 also try to make an autonomous digital network, I
think on UHF. If the network is only on UHF or transmissions on
145.800 would not interfere with them (i.e. they also use VHF for the
network but nothing close to 145.800), this shouldn't be a problem.
