[amsat-bb] Has anyone made a satellite QSO with an orbiting ISS astronaut?

I think you all missed the point of Douglas' question which I think is "Do
the astronauts ever talk *ON AMATEUR RADIO SATELLITES*.  We know they talk
direct to the ground on occasion.
