Yea Dave! What a fantastic idea and opportunity to engage your daughter
in the ARISS program. You turned a passive event (just listening in)
into an active learning experience. I bet that with a little
preparation, the same technique could be leveraged / expanded to a
classroom situation. Besides direct RF, the contacts that are
live-streamed could be used as well, all time-zone permitting of course.
We generally only get a few days to a week advance notice of the
questions. Are they available sooner through other channels? That
would be the biggest challenge to leveraging this to a more expanded
audience.
