[amsat-bb] KLM 2m 14c polarization circuit question (Capacitor Replacement)

I had to replace the RCA connector on the circuit board.  I see there is a capacitor that there was a capacitor soldered to the RCA connector.
What is the capacitance of that capacitor ?
