[amsat-bb] Recording Software

I am trying to record my passes on the computer and am using software called “Free Audio Recorder”.  I have found that in my opinion it is not as flexible as I need it to be.  It seems to record at a relatively low level and I have to play it back full volume and even then can’t pick out some details that I need from a recording.  I am using a Windows computer that should be plenty fast.  I am curious what you folks use to achieve this function?
