[amsat-bb] PCSAT32 + LVB tracker.

I  have a Fox Delta FT ST2 USB LVB Tracker interface, for my laptop to 
Yaesu G5400 rotor. I use "SAEBRTrackBox" rotor interface selection from 
the Rotor Setup menu in SatPC 32; This works very well.
