[amsat-bb] E4401A VSA w/ I&Q inputs

Howdy all,

In case anyone was looking for one of these gems, there's a E4406A w/ the
baseband inputs on eBay for an amazing price.

I suspect this unit is in perfect shape, judging from the displays pictured.
If anything, the input RF connector (N) might have some damage which is not
obvious, but that's easily replaced.

I snapped up the first one. :-)
