[amsat-bb] Russian Thing

It says once opened it will
"
It will span 16 square meters (170 square feet)"

a Triangle one side of 170 sqft = 18 feet base to peak. But if they are 
saying 170 sqft total, then divided by 3 = 10 foot tall base to peak.

Now for a surface to be reflective, how big does it need to be in terms 
of wvelength?
