[amsat-bb] Virtual Audio Cable

For your purpose, VB Audio would be the way to go.  It is free and simple to
set up.  I have used it for test purposes on a range of computers, Windows
versions, and client software with excellent results.

That having been said, I use Muzychenko's VAC normally, mostly for
historical reasons having to do with Flex rigs.  It has much more room for
customization, but a corresponding opportunity to shoot yourself in the
foot.  The price is very reasonable for what you get, but not free.
