[amsat-bb] Help with MMSSTV

I got a nice picture downloaded from ISS using MMSSTV this morning, but
I can't remember how to save just the picture, say as jpg or gif file. I
was able to "Copy" and "Paste" it into a Word document and save it that
way, but how do you Save it directly from MMSSTV as a jpg or gif? 

I couldn't find a "Save" or "Save As" under the File tab.
