[amsat-bb] LilacSat-1 attitude problem ?

Based on the telemetry values, the satellite does appear to have some
form of active attitude control. BG2BHC mentioned on Twitter that they
are trying to reduce the spin.
I made a QSO via the satellite on Friday night, but with the rapid
QSB, it was very difficult to decode more than a syllable or two at a
time.
