[amsat-bb] Tracking Program Window off screen

Isn't that interesting.
I have for years been running it just fine in stand alone mode and has 
always worked fine till today.

I tried what you said fired up HRD first, ( never ever use it for anything )
got it opened then through it Opened the sat track part. it opened just 
fine.

I closed HRD  then closed the sat track,  then tried re opening the sat 
track standing alone and it opened just fine.

weird huh?
