[amsat-bb] Dimensions of AO-13

Well, "cm" doesn't seem right either. 600 cm is nearly 20 feet, as WB4APR
just emailed to me (thanks Bob)

Getting the correct dimensions is not a big deal...as I said, just using a
pic of AO-13 to contrast with that of a cubesat
