[amsat-bb] Dimensions of AO-13

The motor was used to raise the perigee and change the satellite's
inclination. It only carried enough fuel to reach the intended orbit.

The satellite was launched into a geostationary transfer orbit with a
perigee of 240 km and an inclination of just a few degrees. The motor
allowed the perigee to be raised to 1100 km and the inclination raised to
58 degrees.
