[amsat-bb] NO-84?

NO-83, NO-84, and AO-85 were inadvertently left out of the AMSAT keps
distribution this week. That has since been corrected. Though they are
now available in the drop down box, the AMSAT pass prediction page is
not returning results for those satellites. I am looking into this
issue.
