   Yes, it is our good old XW2-B, on 145.725 MHz (+- 3 kHz Doppler shift).

  Decoded with my ears and what is between them  :-)  the CW telemetry 
of chinese bird XW2-B, callsign BJ1SC, heard during the pass around 0550 
UTC orbit nr 9522, looks like :

TTT TTT URT TTT TTT TTT TTT UUK VTT CAMSAT CAMSAT
