[amsat-bb] FD sat contacts

They are fine, though confusing about the meaning of contacting "different
satellites." Does that mean that "satellite" is a band and working a
station on more than one satellite would be a dupe? I'm not sure. AMSAT
rules allow you to work the same station on multiple satellites.
