[amsat-bb] V31CI

Hey John, I've got the issues mostly sorted out with my equipment.. we are
now fighting gale force winds though  (waves were 15' today, all the boats
stayed in!) which is making operating difficult. I'll try to be on ao85 and
fo29 this evening.
