A QSO on SO-50 or AO-85 should be easy on the coasts. Work passes
under 10 degrees that cover mostly ocean. My SO-50 QSO on Field Day
2014 from here in DC was on a 5 degree pass out over the Atlantic.
There were only a couple of stations on and making my one QSO was a
piece of cake.
