[amsat-bb] Filing an AMSAT SPACECAP file with the FCC?

FCC just rejected our SPACECAP file because it was in version 7 and now it
must be in version 8.



The download for version 8 is 217 Megabytes and is taking nearly an hour.



Has anyone converted from version 7 to 8?



Will it go smoothly or be a disaster like everything else I try to do with
SPACECAP.

I spent 6 hours on SPACECAP (V7) yesterday just trying to fix a few fields…
