[amsat-bb] Nayif-1

Rick,

Capitalization is important in this case.  NAYIF-1 doesn’t match Nayif-1.
You need to edit the DOPPLER.SQF file to spell Nayif with upper and lower
case letters.  Ask me how I know that.  ;-)
