[amsat-bb] Nayif-1 Data Warehouse Update

Hi,

First of all thanks to all those who have been providing us with data, it's really appreciated.

We are now displaying the minimum and maximum values for all the telemetry channels where the value varies.
The min-max are reset on a weekly basis so that we can get the trend from the database.
