[amsat-bb] EO88 Included in LoTW TQSL Config File 11.0

FYI -

It is formatted for the correct OSCAR name (EO-88) in the new v11.0 
configuration file. Therefore if you are using something other than ARRL 
TQSL to generate the ADIF, you will need to enter EO-88 as the satellite 
name.
