[amsat-bb] Filter out 3rd harmonic of 145MHz

I'm looking for a filter suggestion to reduce the third harmonic (435 
MHz) of my 145MHz 100W signal. How much attenuation would I get from 
a simple 435MHz quarter wave stub?
