[amsat-bb] Can QSO's be manually input to LOTW?

Graham,
TQSL is the ARRL tool they have produced to enter QSOsdirectly into LoTW. It could hardly be easier.

Thank you everyone for the suggestion of using TQSL.

I was hoping that there was way to do this directly on the ARRL lotw web
site but alas it seems not.
