I got it working Glenn…
Thanks for your replies …they got me more focused on what the problem might be.
As it turns out, I was misinterpreting what the program was asking me for under Rotor Setup.
Since the “search” button took me to the Kepler folder and showed me ALL the Sat groups,
I thought the program was asking for one of those and using it as part of a config type file.
It just dawned on me that the Server File it was asking for was actually the ServerSDX.Executable.
Once I navigated out of the Default Kepler folder to the SatPC32 folder and selected the ServerSDX file it all worked.
I guess my brains took a day or so off!
Incidentally, the SatPC32 Help(?) for Hints(Rotor)\Yaesu_GS-232 does not bring anything up on my computer. The other selections work OK.
So, I’m automagically tracking now and moving on to the radio interfacing of my 910H and CIV to SatPC32.

I’ve been using V12.8c since it was released.
The major files are located here: C;/Users/?????/AppData/Roaming/SatPC32 (where ????? is your User name). AppData is a hidden folder.

Thanks, that's a good piece of info!
I'm hoping to hear from Erich also.
Can you tell me which folder the "RotorServer.SQF file is located?
And are you using V12.8c?

When you start your SatPC32 does the SDX Server start also? With an icon for both SatPC32 and SDX server in the tool tray?
Yes. ServerSDX starts first, then SatPC32.
I think there's a pathing issue with regards to some of the .SQF files.
If you think so, try a clean reinstall.
