[amsat-bb] Rocket Lab Test Launch

Hi Rocket Launch Watchers,

The first test launch from Rocket Lab is due some time in the 10 days starting from Monday 22nd May at 9:00 NZST (21:00 on 21 May UTC).
The orbit is elliptical, perigee 300KM, apogee 500KM at 83 degrees inclination.
The payload is a set of instruments to evaluate the rocket performance.   
The downlink is broadband data on S Band. Frequency unknown. 
The Internet access from the launch site is not very good so I don’t think there will be a live streaming.
