[amsat-bb] Delaware, etc. Activation

Hi Bob,

I know several EU ops are looking for Delaware as well. I'm sure they'd appreciate a try on far eastern AO-7 passes (however unreliable it is in this low sun angle lately), and maybe even FO-29 for some! Happy to help spread the word among those circles if you're interested, a few have asked me for it in the past but I haven't gotten to operate from there yet! 

Hope to work you in some new grids and Delaware, have a great trip!
