Pleased to confirm that the FM repeater on LilacSat-1 is alive!  My
transmissions were clearly visible in my SDR waterfall when they were
repeated.

I didn't have a great setup on the RX side this first try as I had to use a
regular RTL-SDR with the linux GNU Radio decoder.  But even with that I was
able to decode a ton of telemetry and heard parts of N6RFM when he was being
repeated.

I have an ace in the hole as I was recording with an SDRPlay on Windows.
So, I'll replay that now and see if there was really more to hear on the
downlink than I realized when working the pass "live".

Just wanted to get this note out for anyone interested as quickly as
possible.

Here's a tweet with a screen shot but don't laugh at the little RTL-SDR's
struggle to deal with my transmissions.  When I was not keying the mic, you
can clearly see the downlink right where it should be around 436.510.

FYI, the demod in GNU Radio was using TLE's for the ISS which I would
imagine are fine here on the first couple of orbits, but I'm not an
authority on that kind of thing.

Lilacsat-1 is not one of the nine added last week. Lilacsat-1 was launched
today (5-25-2017).

This week's KEP distribution will update who is who in the list of nine.
Lilacsat-1 is still and unknown, but here are the TLEs based on ISS TLEs
(you are correct) from http://lilacsat.hit.edu.cn/?page_id=594

I see 9 QB50 birds added to the NASABARE set, do we know which one is
Lilacsat-1? Or are we still using ISS keps still the separate a bit more?
