[amsat-bb] C# DDE code

Hello Richard,

Perhaps you can try the visual basic sources of wispdde made by CX1DD
available at:

http://ok1dx.cz/constructions/avrot/wispdde/wispdde.zip

It's well commented, I compiled under vbasic 2008 and it works.

I do use wispdde along with http://amsat.org.ar/pass.exe
