Hello

I used to make use of predict using scripts 

Since then the raspberry pi and arduinos have come along 

What LINUX satellite tracking program could be queried or send data about 

Satellite elevation and angle

Satellite doppler frequency 

I want to make a multi satellite radio and rotor control box with auto update keeps

I want to use perl to do the hard work

I want an arduino or the Pi to do the doppler and rotator
