[amsat-bb] Kenwood TS-710 for Falconsat?

The TM-D710 can do full duplex with it's internal TNC. Include "FU ON" in
the KISS initialization string (which essentially just turns off DCD sense).
I plan to attempt this with my TH-D72 either tonight or later this weekend.
The TH-D7A will do full duplex in standalone APRS mode, but not in packet
mode.
