[amsat-bb] FT-991/SatPC32 CAT Support

I have been a Ham for 30+ years and just now getting started with the
satellites. I have made about a dozen contacts using SatPC32 and the ICOM
IC-9100 with just a PAR Electronics OA-144 Omniangle for the VHF downlink
and Diamond NR770HB for UHF uplink. Both are just sitting on the back
porch. These are obviously not the best antennas for satellite work but I
live in an HOA controlled community and don't have much other option so I
plan to operate portable when I can.

That leads to my question. I have SatPC32 with the SDRPlay RSP2 and HDSDR
configured as a downlink and am hoping to be able to use my FT-991 (not A)
as the uplink but I am unable to find a way to get it to work with the
software. Is it possible to get it working or does anyone have ideas of
other options that might work? I'll be operating portable with the Arrow
satellite antenna.

Having a great time and looking forward to working some of you on the birds.

73,
