[amsat-bb] Jack Audio w/FoxTelem

You don't need Jack. You can just use PulseAudio with it's virtual
sink and virtual source.

The following command should work:

pacmd load-module module-virtual-source source_name=loop_source
uplink_sink=loop_sink

Then you can use pavucontrol to send the audio to loop_sink from Gqrx
and use loop_source in FoxTelem.
