[amsat-bb] Jack Audio w/FoxTelem

Looks like I got it:

Playback
GQRX drop down set to "loop sink"

Recording:
ALSA Plug-in set to "monitor of loop sink"

Now no response to clapping, and "pausing" gqrx results in FoxTelem "flat
line".
