A script that prepares the list of satellites for the tracking page
failed when the SATCAT object number is zero as is the case with the
preliminary RadFxSat TLE's.   The script has been fixed in case someone
uses all zeros in that field again.

The bug was mine ... KD2BD's Predict engine was not at fault.
