[amsat-bb] RadFox Transmission Timing

For those who have not tried listening for RadFox,
here is what is being sent:
Transmission occur every 130 seconds or so and they
last about 13-14 seconds or so. Otherwise there is no
signal from the satellite.
Transmissions start with 2 seconds of dead carrier,
followed by 5 seconds of data only. Then there is
an announcement with data underneath that lasts about
3.6 seconds, followed by 1 second of data only. Finally
the transmission concludes with approximately 1.7 seconds
of dead carrier. All times are approximate.
The signal is good.
Congratulations to the engineering team for this
successful mission. We are hopeful that the satellite will
perform well when fully operational.
