[amsat-bb] SKCUBE digi?

Thanks Scott.
Our team recorded several passes over AK but hasn't looked at the data
yet, and folks are all headed out for family trips and the like. Perhaps
next week we will get a look at it.
It's a curiosity for us. The objective of listening to it is to assure
that station works when the next two LASP cubesats launch (MinXSS2 and
CSIM).
