[amsat-bb] Question regarding Yaesu G-5500 AZ/EL Rotor

Bernie,

I have the G-5400, previous model, and connected a tracker interface 
directly into the 8 pin DIN on the back of the control unit.  The 
tracker interface connects to your computer.  All the interface does is 
a level conversion from RS232 to TTL.  The tracker interface I use came 
from Germany.  SATPC32 works perfectly with this setup.

No additional parts or modification of the control unit was necessary.
