[amsat-bb] Mystery Satellite donwlink 145.84 9600 baud

Just listened to a long pass of a downlink on 145.840 MHz at 9600 baud full
scale on my radio.  Did not decode a single packet.

But it did track Doppler from starting at 145.840+ and ending at 145.335 or
so and it went from west, across north to East…



At first I thought it might have been someone uplinking to PFS3, but it was
solid, never dropped until it faded to the east.
