[amsat-bb] FalconSat-3: UZ7HO's Soundmodem Full Duplex Mode

FalconSAT-3 uses the PACSAT broadcast protocol which doesn't work like
a standard terrestrial packet BBS. A program like WiSP would be needed
to manage the process of sending and receiving files and directory
entries.

WiSP is designed for use with KISS TNCs via a serial port.
Unfortunately, it appears that Soundmodem's KISS mode uses a TCP
connection. I suppose a utility that could route the packets to and
from a TCP port to a virtual serial port might work.
