[amsat-bb] FalconSat-3 packets Igated

Hi Ken!

Thanks for having your station listening to FalconSat-3! On
two passes earlier this morning, your station picked up some
of my packets, and during the last pass just over an hour ago
it also picked up K7TAB-7's packets (another station here in
the Phoenix area). Your station has allowed me to confirm
the noise I deal with on the FalconSat-3 downlink early in
passes - the satellite hears me, but I may not hear it well,
at least until it is up 25 degrees or so from the horizon.
