[amsat-bb] Success with Wisp, Soundmodem and VSP

All:

I put together a quick start guide video for those interested in running 
Wisp with VSP and a soundcard modem. The links are in the description. I 
didn't have time to narrate, but the video should be self-explanatory. 
Should be enough info to get started with Falconsat.

I'll post a video of this setup in action as soon as I get a chance to 
work a pass.
