[amsat-bb] AO-7 Mode A

Just got home and ran Illum. The last eclipse will be at 0211 UTC on
October 14th. Assuming there are no other periods of partial eclipse
that cause it to lose power (a distinct possibility), the 24 hour
timer would switch it to Mode A at 0211 UTC on October 15th.
