[amsat-bb] JOTA 2017 on Satellite.

I'll be demoing sats to a JOTA group in Apex, North Carolina at least
starting with the 2017-10-21 1710 UTC AO-85 pass. They will be using
special event callsign K4C but I may use my own to make LoTW uploads
easier.
