There are multiple versions, depending on the SDR# release, and the latest
versions of SDR# are supported.

<4.	Download an older version of SDR# < 1400
<5.	Download the satellite tracker plugin and place in sdr# directory
<6.	Modify the orbitron config file
<7.	Modify the Plugins.xml for SDR#

<Radio / Rotor DDE selection.
