[amsat-bb] PJ4/NA2AA on WX-2F and FO-29

Agree! I hope everyone who has a satellite station at their disposal
tracks him down and works him even if they aren't really DX or grid
chasers. We want guys to pack satellite gear and operate on trips like
this and keeping them busy during passes helps that cause.
