[amsat-bb] WiSP "Grab" -vs- "Download" ??

The 'grab' function is one of the fundamental features of the pacsat 
broadcast protocol used by the original AMSAT 1990 microsats,  uosats 
and many other since then.  The concept is that your station records 
files that others have requested a download for so multiple stations 
don't have to request the same file.  It is considerably more efficient 
than sending it over and over to specific stations.  The details are in 
Jeff Ward's PhD paper when he was at UoS and are described in the paper 
he did for the Small Sat conference - I think in 1991.

Don't forget there is a scripting capability in WiSP that lets you 
establish what your station will request a download for, request a 
download on a priority basis, grab, and never record. Those can be 
established for files based on to or from callsign, file size, key 
words, file type, etc.  It is very flexible.  The details for how to use 
MSPE Equations are in the WiSP help file.
