[amsat-bb] How to get SDR# to doppler correct SDR from Orbitron

Hello Andrew,

There is no need for user to update Keps on Pass http://amsat.org.ar/pass

Pass updates Keps 8 times a day from Celestrak, Spacetrack & Amsat-NA,
using last TLEs available.

Keps in use can be seen or downloaded at http://amsat.org.ar/keps.txt
